SELECTION PROCESS

Due to our sustained growth, we have open positions throughout the year.
Our selection process consists of an interview with a Human Resources person, doing aptitude tests and, as a final step, an interview with two Alfa Consulting partners.
The selection process can last 15 to 30 days.
Once the selection process has been successfully concluded, we give you a job offer with a fixed contract from the outset.
