In Alfa Consulting, beyond our business focus, our values are based on respect and approachability between all team members. We all create a space in which we can develop on a professional and human level.

Our normal workplace will be the client’s facilities. However, on Fridays we try to be in the office, so we can:

-	Work a little more relaxed (we leave the suit at home).
-	Have breakfast together.
-	Get together at coffee time to share experiences.
-	If our client is in another city, we shorten the length of weekly trips. We spend at most three nights outside our homes.

With a young team with similar concerns and interests, the success of the informal get-togethers we organise to get to know each other better and have fun comes as no surprise.
